When we think about hand-made pasta and dumplings, most often we think “gnocchi”. But in Italian cuisine, the potato gnocchi we often think of are only one in a larger category of dumplings. In this spin-off of our pasta class, we’ll explore different kinds of hand-made pastas, the regions they come from, and the variety and simplicity that goes along with them.

We believe this experience is as important today as it was in our pasts. Great food begins with a sharp knife. Correctly honed blades not only produce better looking food, but reduce food waste and build confidence and speed in the kitchen. Bring your favorite kitchen knife (although it isn’t required!) and learn to dice, julienne, and mince as we prepare the evening’s menu. You’ll leave with new skills to elevate your meals and, with a little practice, make you a better cook.
