Great food begins with a sharp knife. Correctly honed blades not only produce better looking food, but reduce food waste and build confidence and speed in the kitchen. Bring your favorite kitchen knife (although it isn’t required!) and learn to dice, julienne, and mince as we prepare the evening’s menu. You’ll leave with new skills to elevate your meals and, with a little practice, make you a better cook.
