While no longer with us, Bar Tartine in San Francisco’s Mission District provided an eclectic, yet humble, view of what could be done with local produce. Relying on their families’ roots as well as the Bay Area’s generous supply of local products, this book leans on Eastern European inspirations with a sprinkle of West Coast. Come to the Little House as we cook through recipes from this book and take a bit of inspiration home with you. Non-alcoholic beverages are available at this class.
