Cakes come in many varieties. Some large, some small. Some simple, some elaborate. But whether for a birthday or wedding, or simply for breakfast, cakes are meant to impress. This class, we’ll focus on 3 distinct varieties of cake, each with their own technique and composition. Then, once they’re baked, we’ll make the components for each and practice some tried and true decorating techniques you’ll be able to use at home. Non-alcoholic beverages are available at this class.
