Exploring Italy

  • 40 Westford Road Concord, MA, 01742 United States

Join us for this three-week series where we will explore the diversity and variety that makes Italy's cuisine one of the most imitated and influential in the culinary world. We will feature the Alto Adige, adjacent to Austria, which features sauerkraut and sausage over pasta; next we'll travel to Sicily, a melting pot of Mediterranean cuisines from Europe to North Africa; finally we'll visit Rome, where modern chefs are rejuvenating ancient dishes for a modern palate.
