It's cold outside. Luckily, we have a remedy: a rich, satisfying stew. Making a stew is relatively easy (we'll even show you how to make it work on a weekday), and we'll teach techniques to add layers and depth of flavor so your stews will never be boring. So take the chill away; and fill your home with the warm aromas and cozy temperatures of this perfect winter accompaniment.
Bigos (Polish Hunter's Stew)

Braised Cabbage with warm Mustard Vinaigrette
*If you are interested in taking the Stews and Braises class, please e-mail our instructor, Aaron, at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will place your name on a waiting list for another class with the same menu on Friday January, 20, 2017. If we gather enough e-mails, we will contact you to confirm the date for the new class. Class size is limited, so being on the wait-list does not guarantee placement in a new class.
