We'll be exploring what makes the summer season special with five (or so) courses that express the colors, scents, and textures of the summer season. We'll start the evening with a small tour and hors d'oeuvres, then move to the kitchen for a bit of cooking and demonstration before relaxing in our dining room for dinner. Saltbox Beer and Wine will be available.
